The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will report directly to the President and CEO of the organization and will be responsible for overseeing all nursing services to ensure they align with the strategic and operational objectives of our client. This includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing all nursing functions to ensure compliance with accrediting and regulatory standards, as well as the efficient utilization of resources and the delivery of high-quality patient care. The CNO will play a key role in the overall administration of patient care services and will be accountable for driving excellence in nursing services.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with a focus on strategic planning and operational management. They must have a deep understanding of accrediting and regulatory standards in healthcare, as well as experience in effectively utilizing resources to deliver high-quality patient care. The CNO will be a key member of the executive team and will play a critical role in shaping the future of nursing services within our client's organization.
