The CNE will oversee nursing practice standards, staffing models, professional development, and succession planning across all entities.The CNE will lead efforts to enhance shared governance, centralized staffing, and standardized nursing practices within the organization. There is a focus on improving resource utilization, clarifying accountability, and promoting patient-centered decision-making. Effective change management strategies and a culture of transparency will be essential in building trust and engaging frontline staff in order to drive continuous improvement within the nursing department.
