As a member of The client’s Trust Board, the Chief Nurse plays a critical role in shaping the future of care. The position is responsible for influencing strategy at the highest level and leading transformational change across nursing, midwifery, and allied health professions. The Chief Nurse ensures services remain safe, effective, efficient, and equitable, and works within a collaborative executive team determined to improve outcomes, reduce inequalities, and deliver sustainable, high-quality services.
