The Chief Nursing Executive (CNE) will serve as the top nursing leader within our client, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, the CNE will provide executive leadership to Chief Nursing Officers across all entities, ensuring unified quality performance, clinical practice, and professional standards for nursing. The CNE will collaborate closely with senior leaders, institute leaders, department chairs, and operations executives to drive excellence in nursing care.As a key member of the Senior Management Committee, the CNE will work alongside system leaders to elevate the voice of the nursing community and establish pathways for nurses to influence decisions that align with their shared mission. Additionally, the CNE will collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Quality Officer, and Chief Patient Experience Officer to operationalize high-reliability goals set by the Chief Medical Officer and approved by the President, CEO, and Board of Directors. This role plays a critical part in advancing our client's commitment to exceptional patient care and nursing excellence.
