the CMO will partner with internal executives, local clinical leaders, providers, and senior operations leaders to advance strategic initiatives and improve care delivery through standardization and general operational alignment. the CMO will oversee the physician and advanced practice provider workforce and ensure consistent standards of clinical care, productivity, and patient outcomes across more than 50 clinic locations. this role will also lead the development of clinical governance frameworks, quality measurement systems, and provider engagement initiatives to support scalable growth.
