Description

the client is a luxury automotive restomod specialist known for combining classic restoration with modern technology and premium enhancements. In this Chief Marketing Officer role, you will lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing and sales strategy to drive brand growth and sales performance, including a target of 120 units annually. The position focuses on aligning marketing initiatives with hands-on sales execution to create a culture of accountability and measurable results.

You will develop a luxury brand strategy that generates high-quality leads and supports conversion to at least 10 sales per month across the product mix. You will create and execute marketing plans tied to revenue goals, including operating within a marketing budget equivalent to 2.5% of revenue, and build scalable, KPI-driven programs to track lead and sale performance across both functions. Responsibilities also include recruiting and developing marketing and sales teams on site, implementing robust sales processes to ensure consistent lead nurturing and communication throughout the customer journey, and maintaining a sales-focused approach that directly links marketing activity to tangible outcomes.

The client expects demonstrated success in luxury custom businesses and related luxury sectors such as high-end automotive, yacht, private jet, or luxury architecture, with strong knowledge of luxury brand management and lead generation. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or a related field (with an MBA preferred), at least 10 years of sales and marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and proven ability to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies. You will be expected to foster performance through clear KPIs, build relationships with press and brand ambassadors, establish long-term collaboration strategies with like-minded luxury brands, and regularly communicate performance metrics and insights to the C-suite, while operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
