The client is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President for Marketing & Communications to provide visionary leadership for an integrated marketing and communications function. The role reports directly to the President and serves on the President’s Cabinet, advancing the organization’s mission, strengthening its national reputation, and elevating engagement with internal and external audiences through strategic communications and marketing leadership.
The successful candidate will lead a comprehensive, data-informed marketing and communications strategy; strengthen and elevate the brand; and act as a trusted advisor to the President and Cabinet on communications strategy and issues management. Responsibilities include building and leading a high-performing, collaborative team and driving innovative approaches to storytelling, audience engagement, and institutional visibility.
