Key duties include overseeing the acquisition of real estate in multiple countries, managing direct investments through funds and partnerships, and conducting compliance checks. Responsibilities also involve handling the structuring of family office asset ownership, selection of jurisdictions and trustees, drafting project documentation, and interacting with parties involved in corporate project redomiciliation and litigation. Effective negotiation with fund managers and counterparties, project planning, and comprehensive execution functions are also critical to this role.
The ideal candidate should have experience as a trusted representative for shareholders and the capacity to independently manage complex investment projects, such as real estate in Europe, the UAE, and the USA, as well as dealing with assets like yachts and aircraft. Fluency in Russian and English is essential, and having multiple citizenships or passports is advantageous.
