Our client is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead their information security program. Reporting to the Chief Information and Digital Officer, the CISO will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy. The CISO will be responsible for fostering a culture of security, enhancing educational initiatives, and mitigating risks to maintain a secure environment. They will also ensure that the security strategy aligns with the organization's goals and priorities.The CISO will define and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, aligning it with clinical operations and digital transformation initiatives. They will establish and maintain the information security governance framework, including policies, standards, and risk management processes. This role is crucial in elevating the security program to be a highly service-oriented and recognized partner within the organization, working closely with privacy, legal, compliance, business, and clinical operations teams.
