The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will report directly to the President and CEO and will play a crucial role in the Senior Executive Cabinet. Their main responsibilities will include developing and communicating a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the business goals of the organization, as well as leading a team to implement this strategy effectively. The CIO will also be tasked with creating a technology roadmap that incorporates digital and AI capabilities to drive innovation and add value to the enterprise.Furthermore, the CIO will be responsible for optimizing key platforms such as Epic EHR and Oracle ERP, while also supporting the growth of our client's Epic Community Connect program. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can lead a collaborative IT organization and ensure that technology is leveraged to enhance operational efficiency and support the overall mission of the organization.
