The Chief Information Officer (CIO) role is a key leadership position within our client, responsible for overseeing the long-term technology strategy and direction of the business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the CIO will lead initiatives across manufacturing systems, customer software, infrastructure, integration, reporting, and process automation. The primary focus of the role will be to lead and deliver the next generation business and manufacturing systems program, including MES, ERP, plant process control, and customer-facing software platforms, with a targeted go-live date of Christmas 2026.The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in technology leadership and project management. They will have experience in leading large-scale technology initiatives and driving digital transformation within a manufacturing environment. The CIO will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
