the client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) to lead enterprise-wide technology strategy, operations, and innovation across a diverse portfolio of venues and business lines. The CITO will oversee technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and service delivery, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable solutions that support conventions, meetings, sports and entertainment events, and corporate operations.
Reporting to the President & CEO, the Chief Information & Technology Officer will be a key member of the executive leadership team and a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. The role will drive enterprise technology strategy while supporting operational excellence across help desk services, information governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendor partnerships, with a focus on maintaining strong service performance and alignment to organizational priorities.
The CITO will also advance digital innovation and help enhance the guest and client experience by aligning technology investments with the organization’s goals. Through effective leadership and partnership, the role will support modern service delivery across in-person and virtual or hybrid experiences, enabling the client to make technology a reliable foundation for high-profile events and corporate operations.
