Our client is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of human capital initiatives across the system. The incoming CHRO will inherit strong community goodwill, foundational relationships, and an experienced HR team, while also having the opportunity to elevate the HR organization to a more contemporary, proactive, and strategic level. Reporting to the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, the CHRO will play a key role in advancing our client's recruitment and retention capabilities, reducing reliance on agency staffing, and cultivating partnerships to bolster the regional workforce pipeline. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape our client's culture, build trust, clarify roles, modernize processes, and establish HR as a visible, influential, and forward-thinking leader within the organization.The CHRO will provide leadership across all HR functions, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and compliance.
