The Chief Human Resources Officer will work closely with the President and CEO as a member of the Executive Committee to develop and implement the overall human resources strategy for our client. This includes aligning HR practices with the company's business strategy, culture, and values to support growth and sustainable performance. As a strategic partner to senior management, the CHRO will lead all HR functions and corporate communications to ensure that talent and structures are in line with business priorities.The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. They will play a key role in driving our client's transformation and growth by ensuring that HR practices support the company's strategic objectives. The CHRO will also be tasked with fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our client.
