the client is seeking a visionary and collaborative Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the organization’s human capital development strategy during a period of strategic growth and transformation. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a people strategy aligned with mission and growth; partnering with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession; and leading recruitment, retention, and professional development to build leadership capacity and staff growth.
