The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will report directly to the President and CEO, Dr. Paari Gopalakrishnan, and will play a crucial role as a trusted advisor and core member of the executive leadership team. This position will involve shaping enterprise strategy through workforce planning, leadership development, culture, and organizational effectiveness to ensure that our client has the necessary talent, capabilities, and engagement to support growth, innovation, and evolving models of care. The CHRO will oversee a wide range of functions including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee and labor relations, learning and organizational development, and employee health.In addition, the CHRO will be responsible for leading a forward-looking, data-driven approach to workforce planning in anticipation of future talent needs, strengthening leadership pipelines, and aligning people strategy with clinical excellence and operational priorities. With the expansion of our client and continued system growth, this role will be instrumental in driving the organization forward and ensuring that it remains competitive and successful in the healthcare industry. The CHRO will have high visibility and influence within the organization, playing a key role in shaping its future direction and success.
