The client is seeking a dynamic and strategic human resources executive to fill the position of Chief Human Resources Officer and Associate Vice President of People & Culture (モCHROヤ). The CHRO will be a key member of the Presidentメs Cabinet and will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive people and culture strategy. The CHRO will have the opportunity to play a high-impact role, contributing to the execution of a new strategic plan and enhancing the campus community. The successful candidate will report to the President and lead a team including interim directors and the director of organizational development and HR systems.
