The client is seeking a Chief Guest Experience Officer, a senior, visionary leader responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling consumer-facing experiences that showcase the organization’s excellence in food, beverage, hospitality, and storytelling. This role is expected to drive revenue growth by strengthening consumer engagement, brand affinity, and innovation through immersive experiences across the organization’s global presence.

The Chief Guest Experience Officer will initially lead key consumer business lines, including food enthusiast programs, retail, visitor experience, and museum experience. The role will blend operational excellence with guest experience design, programming innovation, and revenue strategy, while honoring the organization’s educational and cultural legacy. The individual will serve as a strategic leader for consumer engagement, acting as both an internal catalyst and an external ambassador for pioneering food and hospitality experiences.

With holistic, integrated strategy ownership and full P&L accountability for the consumer-facing businesses, the Chief Guest Experience Officer will develop and execute approaches to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences across all campuses, outsourced venues, and digital platforms. The position is expected to deepen brand loyalty and support the broader mission by aligning guest experience initiatives with brand standards and maintaining a cohesive experience everywhere the public interacts with the institute.
