The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position at our client reports directly to the CEO and plays a crucial role in the organization's strategic growth and operational improvement efforts in the local market and surrounding areas. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will provide financial leadership and oversight across all financial operations, serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO. Responsibilities include managing accounting, budgeting, reimbursement, financial reporting, internal audit, managed care contracting, financial planning, revenue cycle, materials management, and care management, while collaborating closely with the Board and finance committee. The CFO is expected to be an accessible and visible leader within the senior leadership team, driving the organization forward in a complex operating environment in Rhode Island.The ideal candidate for the CFO role will possess strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and strategic thinking abilities to guide our client towards sustainable growth and success.
