The Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Information Management and Information Technology (CFO) plays a crucial role in shaping and directing the financial and digital strategy of the organization in alignment with its objectives for First Nations health in British Columbia. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO oversees all financial and fiscal management aspects of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and risk management, to ensure they support the mission and services provided. In addition to financial responsibilities, the CFO also provides strategic direction in leading Information Management and Information Technology functions to ensure the organization's data, digital health, and information security infrastructure deliver service excellence.The CFO position is an executive role within a highly complex, multi-partner organization, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will need to have a deep understanding of financial management principles, as well as experience in overseeing Information Management and Information Technology functions.
