The CFO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading the finance function at our client to support the company's overall growth strategy. This includes providing strong commercial and operational judgment across the organization, shaping and executing global growth strategies, and ensuring rigorous financial governance while fostering operational agility and innovation in an evolving international environment. The CFO will oversee all financial management aspects, optimize capital structure, and build a scalable accounting and finance function to support our client's expansion into global markets and production locations.In addition to managing financial operations, the CFO will provide leadership to the finance team and collaborate closely with the executive team and Board to maintain credibility with investors, customers, and the public.
