The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate Services. They will be responsible for transforming our client's financial management to support its growth goals. The CFO will provide strategic financial advice to the CAO and Council, lead the development of business and financial strategies, and oversee a team of professionals. They will play a crucial role in enabling our client to achieve its plans, including significant infrastructure development, by building strong relationships with government officials, development partners, and industry representatives. The CFO will ensure that all work is aligned with our client's values and the best interests of its members.The CFO will take a future-oriented approach to financial management and risk mitigation, guiding our client in achieving its growth objectives. They will be responsible for investment and capital planning, as well as providing advice on operational plans. The CFO will work closely with various stakeholders, including MST Development Corporation, Hiy?m? Housing, Nch?ay? Development Corporation, and lending institutions. Overall, the CFO will be instrumental in driving the financial success of our client and ensuring that all financial decisions are made with our client's values in mind.
