The role involves overseeing financial management, reporting, compliance, and business control within our client's company. As a key member of the management team, the individual will serve as a sparring partner for the CEO, CCO, CTO, and majority shareholder Knop Investments. They will be responsible for establishing and professionalizing business control and business intelligence cycles to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the role includes leading, coaching, and developing a finance team of 5 FTEs, as well as reorganizing the financial administration to improve management information and forecasting. The individual will also provide strategic advice and guidance on acquisitions, including integration processes.Overall, the position requires a strong focus on financial management and strategic decision-making.
