Description

The client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team during a pivotal stage of growth. The client is developing large-scale, power-enabled infrastructure intended to support rapidly expanding AI and cloud computing markets. This role offers the opportunity to influence corporate strategy, secure transformational capital, and help establish a durable financial foundation for long-term growth.

Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will build the finance function from inception and partner with investors, lenders, and internal leadership to execute the company’s development strategy. The role includes leading corporate finance activities such as financial planning, treasury, reporting, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. It also involves structuring and executing complex financing transactions, developing scalable financial systems and internal controls, directing financial modeling for investment analysis and capital allocation, and managing relationships with institutional investors, lenders, and external advisors.

The Chief Financial Officer will serve as an executive financial advisor to the CEO and leadership team and will support board reporting and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has 15 or more years of progressive finance leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility in capital-intensive environments, and demonstrated success leading project finance transactions with institutional lenders and investment partners. Experience supporting large-scale digital, hyperscale computing, or similarly complex infrastructure, along with strong capital markets, infrastructure finance, financial modeling, and corporate strategy capabilities, is expected; building finance organizations, processes, and governance frameworks in high-growth companies is also expected. MBA or CPA (or equivalent financial credentials) are preferred, and strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to investors and boards are required.
