Backed by a private equity partner, The client is seeking a CFO to report directly to the CEO and work closely with the board, providing leadership for all financial operations across a multi-facility manufacturing environment.
The role includes hands-on oversight of FP&A, cost accounting, treasury and liquidity management, and the finance function’s technology and infrastructure, including ERP and systems infrastructure. The CFO will help optimize a high-performing finance organization and ensure effective financial planning and controls.
