The client is seeking a hands-on CFO to partner closely with the CEO and help scale the business from a successful single-site operation into a multi-site platform. This leader will strengthen the finance function, drive operational performance, and build the systems and processes needed to support continued organic and acquisition-driven growth.
The CFO role is expected to focus on finance strategy and execution with a practical, plant-aware approach. Key responsibilities may include improving financial visibility, supporting operational decision-making, and managing performance drivers related to margins, inventory, and working capital. The role will also support acquisition integration by establishing consistent financial controls and reporting across sites.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a complex manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of plant-level economics. They should be able to translate operational fundamentals into actionable financial insights, oversee process and system enhancements as the company scales, and help ensure that integration efforts are reflected in financial reporting and ongoing performance management.
