the client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and execute the organization’s financial strategy in support of overall business objectives. In this role, you will oversee all core financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while providing strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial insights and projections.
You will ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal financial policies, and will monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks. The role will also support key decisions related to mergers, acquisitions, and other business ventures, with a focus on improving financial performance and operational efficiency through close collaboration with stakeholders.
Successful candidates will have a strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management. You should bring deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards, exceptional leadership and team management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and executive leadership, with prior experience in real estate and residential assets expected.
