The client is seeking a mission-aligned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help shape and execute organizational financial strategy and support organizational structure. The role is designed for a strategic finance leader who can thrive in complexity, build strong systems, and partner collaboratively with executive leadership across functions. The client has a strong focus on transforming healthcare through a group care model and aims to reduce inequities and improve health and well-being for communities.
The CFO will oversee all accounting and compliance functions and lead the finance team. This position offers an opportunity to architect a modern, high-performing finance function that supports long-term sustainability and impact. The CFO will work closely with senior leadership and key internal stakeholders, including leaders in operations, grants and contracts, human resources, and finance-related board roles, as well as external finance and accounting advisers.
In addition to technical and systems-building expertise, the client is looking for a change leader who values accuracy and efficiency and can work effectively within the finance function and cross-functionally. The role reports to the CEO and collaborates broadly with leadership to ensure the finance strategy supports the organization’s mission and evolving needs.
