The client is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a focus on an IPO. The role will lead the company’s financial strategy and support its path to a public listing in a fast-paced environment associated with digital asset infrastructure and broader participation in decentralized finance.
The CFO will own the end-to-end IPO lifecycle, including internal readiness through the public debut, while engaging with investors and listing platforms. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and business plans; creating and refining investor-facing materials such as pitch decks and strategic presentations; and cultivating relationships with investors, advisors, and capital markets stakeholders. The role also oversees financial compliance, due diligence, and reporting frameworks.
Candidates should have proven experience managing IPO processes end to end, along with in-depth knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory frameworks related to stock issuance. Background in ECM, M&A, investment banking, Big 4 advisory, or strategy consulting is preferred. Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic planning are required, along with confident communication skills for investor-facing materials and roadshows, and English fluency at a C1 level or above; existing relationships within investment platforms are a plus.
