The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for our client. They will provide insightful analysis to support decision-making and ensure exemplary financial management and compliance across the charity and its trading subsidiary. The CFO will oversee reserves, capital projects, insurance, and risk management, playing a key role in governance at Trustee level.In addition to financial responsibilities, the CFO will contribute to cross-Household finance, risk, and sustainability work, representing our client on relevant committees and working groups. Reporting to the Director and working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Management Board, the CFO will play a central role in shaping and delivering our client's strategy during this pivotal moment.
