In this role, you will define and execute the global financial strategy, ensuring rigor, strong controls, and support for commercial, operational, and corporate growth within a dynamic, experience-driven environment.
You will lead the full finance function, including FP&A, reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, and finance systems, while ensuring compliance, organizational discipline, and high standards of execution. Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable processes, policies, and systems to enable national and international expansion; running the budgeting process in a cross-functional way with operational, commercial, and corporate stakeholders; and evaluating investments and strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis to support expansion decisions.
You will drive the implementation and optimization of an ERP and business intelligence capabilities to strengthen performance visibility and analytics. You will also lead and develop a high-performing finance team, manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, regulators, and key stakeholders, and support international growth by identifying opportunities and optimizing the financial structure for operational scalability. The successful applicant typically brings 8 to 15 years of finance experience, with prior senior leadership exposure such as CFO, Head of Finance, or senior Controller roles, strong experience across budgeting, forecasting, and treasury, and may have particular experience in events, leisure, hospitality, retail, or high-growth settings; a hands-on, adaptable approach and a high level of English are also expected.
