The client is a hospitality company in a consolidation phase with an ambitious expansion plan. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and will be part of the executive management committee, acting as a strategic partner to support key decision-making with financial judgment.
The role will lead the group’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and international expansion. It will design, implement, and consolidate corporate financial processes to ensure control, efficiency, and scalability, while providing end-to-end treasury management including cash flow planning, risk control, and resource optimization. The CFO will also oversee budgeting and forecasting, monitor variances, and deliver clear, actionable financial reporting to the business.
Key responsibilities include managing relationships and negotiations with financial institutions, supporting structured financing and large-scale banking management, and supervising external audits, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance in a multi-country environment. The CFO will coordinate internal governance with external providers and partners, including financial and administrative outsourcing services, and will lead, develop, and align a senior finance team for high-performance settings. The successful candidate will typically have consolidated experience in CFO or finance leadership roles within medium-to-large groups, strong backgrounds in structured processes and high volumes of financial information, proven treasury and bank financing experience, and the ability to manage complex standards and reporting; experience in hospitality, tourism, and/or leisure, as well as international, multi-entity environments, will be valued.
