The client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, the Executive Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors. The role combines strategic finance leadership with a commercially minded, mission-driven approach, partnering with leaders to understand key financial drivers that influence attendance, pricing, consumer behavior, philanthropy, and organizational growth. The CFO will evaluate new opportunities, apply judgment and financial discipline, and translate complex information into actionable insights to support decisions that balance mission, innovation, access, and long-term sustainability.
The CFO will oversee the Finance and Information Technology functions and lead a team that includes the Controller and the Director of Information Technology. The position is responsible for financial stewardship, enterprise risk management, technology strategy, legal coordination, and organizational compliance, strengthening the organization’s operational and governance readiness. The CFO will be expected to operate effectively in an evolving environment characterized by change and ambiguity, bringing curiosity and adaptability to support growth and sustainability.
