The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position at our client involves reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing the financial operations of multiple entities within the organization. This includes providing strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and long-term planning for our client, Sheltering Arms Corporation, Sheltering Arms Hospital, and Sheltering Arms Foundation. The CFO will also serve as a key advisor to various boards and committees, working closely with organizational leadership to support governance, philanthropy, investment portfolio oversight, and strategic decision-making.Success in this role will require the CFO to develop a deep understanding of our client's unique governance structure and partnership with VCU Health. By leveraging this knowledge, the CFO will be able to build alignment, foster collaboration, and support enterprise-wide decision-making.
