The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position at South County Health is a key role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and oversight to the organization. The CFO will be a crucial member of the Executive Leadership Team, overseeing all financial operations and serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO. This includes managing accounting, budgeting, reimbursement, financial reporting, internal audit, managed care contracting, financial planning, revenue cycle, materials management, and care management.The CFO will work closely with the Board and finance committee to ensure financial stability and growth for the organization in the local market and surrounding areas. They must be approachable and visible within the senior leadership team, driving the organization forward in a complex operating environment in Rhode Island. The CFO will play a vital role in furthering the organization's positioning and strengthening its operations, contributing to its long-term sustainability and success.
