The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position, based in Amherst or a commutable distance, reports directly to the President & CEO and is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to ensure the organization's financial integrity and long-term sustainability. This role involves overseeing all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and governance, including risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The CFO leads a team of 20+ employees and collaborates with various departments to align financial priorities with corporate objectives, ultimately supporting our client in achieving its growth and innovation goals.In addition to financial oversight, the CFO's portfolio includes purchasing (supply chain), IT (hardware & security), and PMO (software), further enhancing their role in driving the organization's success. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in leading a team and collaborating across departments to achieve strategic objectives.
