The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report directly to the Director of Civil Aviation and will be responsible for leading the Strategic Finance and Investment Group. This role involves overseeing the financial health and strategic direction of the organization, providing financial insights to the Executive Leadership Team and Board, and ensuring alignment of investments with long-term goals. The CFO will also be responsible for managing the revenue model, governance processes, and financial integrity to support the delivery of strategic priorities and regulatory mandates.The CFO will play a key role in lifting the financial capability of the organization, driving financial performance, and implementing financial strategies to support growth and sustainability. They will be accountable for ensuring the organization's financial health and providing leadership in financial decision-making. The CFO will also be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to support the organization's long-term success and growth.
