The client seeks an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help shape the next chapter of growth and impact. The CFO will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to translate ambitious organizational goals into an integrated, forward-looking financial strategy, building on a strong financial foundation and an experienced executive team.
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial operations and governance support, including strengthening the finance function and ensuring audit readiness. As the organization scales, the CFO is expected to support progress toward more integrated, data-driven, and scalable enterprise financial systems, with a focus on continuous improvement across processes, technology, and operating models.
The role will support long-term strategic value by advancing financial leadership capacity, improving financial close timelines, strengthening cash management, and enhancing readiness for external review. The successful candidate will bring the ability to lead through change in a complex, growing environment and will work collaboratively with relevant boards and finance and audit committees to provide financial oversight that advances The client’s mission and long-term success.
