A client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of its portfolio companies. In this role, the CFO will oversee strategic planning and drive financial leadership across financial reporting, accounting, tax, and treasury functions through two senior controllers.
The CFO will be responsible for strengthening financial management practices and supporting leadership decision-making through clear, accurate reporting and effective planning. The role is expected to require a strong grasp of how business performance, product context, and customer segmentation impact key financial outcomes.
Candidates should have substantial experience, typically in the range of 10–15 years, from a traditional accounting/CFO career path or from a banking background, preferably within cash flow-intensive or real estate-oriented environments. Experience with complex financing arrangements is a plus, and strong analytical skills and financial acumen are expected.
