The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report directly to the CEO and will be a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team, board, physician leaders, and colleagues across our client. The CFO will be responsible for maintaining the financial strength of the organization and supporting our client's growth trajectory by strengthening financial, operational, and strategic foundations. In addition to financial stewardship, the CFO will guide enterprise priorities such as operational performance, capital deployment, strategic growth, partnerships, and integration across our client and the School of Medicine and Public Health.The successful candidate for this role will need to be a trusted relationship builder who can navigate the complexities of academic medicine, foster alignment among diverse stakeholders, and balance mission, margin, and long-term sustainability.
