We are seeking a strategic CFO to partner with the CEO and the Board to shape the company’s financial future and support long-term value creation. In this role, you will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, advising on improvement and growth while leading the finance and accounting function. You will be responsible for corporate and statutory compliance and for implementing financial policies, systems, and controls to ensure sound financial governance.
The CFO will define and execute the company’s financial goals, strategy, and long-term value agenda, providing strategic leadership across all finance functions. Responsibilities include driving profitability, performance management, and disciplined capital allocation, acting as a custodian of company assets through strong internal controls, risk management, governance, and compliance. You will own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, translating financial insights into strategic and operational decisions.
You will oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, tax-related matters (including GST, income tax, and transfer pricing), and accounting controls aligned with relevant standards. The role includes managing cash flow, working capital, treasury, banking relationships, and financing to optimize liquidity and capital efficiency, as well as overseeing internal and statutory audits and ensuring timely resolution of findings. You will align local execution with global finance strategy, build and lead a high-performing finance team, and bring deep experience in strategic planning, financial management, reporting, corporate finance, forecasting, and profitability management, with strong stakeholder leadership and familiarity with ERP systems.
