The Senior Chief Financial Officer (SCFO) will report to both the President & CEO of CMH and the CFO of AMHS. They will oversee all financial operations and activities of our client, ensuring fiscal responsibility while supporting the organization's mission to provide high-quality care in a rural community. The SCFO will be responsible for developing and interpreting financial policies, coordinating financial activities, and administering financial operations to ensure the organization's financial health.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in healthcare finance preferred. They must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. The SCFO will play a key role in guiding the financial strategy of the organization and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
