The client, a Hong Kong-listed manufacturing company, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial organization and drive performance and governance across regions. The CFO will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with long-term business goals. Responsibilities include overseeing the full finance function, ensuring compliance with HKEX listing rules and international accounting standards, and leading capital management and fundraising initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a CPA or equivalent professional qualification. They must have a minimum of 20 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 10 years working in Mainland China. Strong audit foundation and prior experience in Big 4 or reputable audit firms are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader in a manufacturing or industrial company, preferably in a Hong Kong-listed environment.
