Join the client’s leadership team to help drive strategic growth through strong, ongoing relationships with existing and new customers. In this senior leadership role, you will support the company’s overall direction by overseeing key business functions and strengthening how the organization plans, reports, and operates.
Your responsibilities will include leading and managing finance, operations, human resources, and IT. You will be accountable for controlling, accounting, consolidation, and liquidity management, including preparation of monthly reporting, analyses, and evaluations. You will also manage relationship with key stakeholders such as management, investors, and banks; lead annual budget planning and controlling of implementation; improve controlling processes and structures; and help establish or refine operations structures and processes to enhance efficiency.
You will support end-to-end management of strategic projects, including implementing new software to digitize and streamline internal processes, and contributing to preparation of annual financial statements under relevant German reporting requirements, consolidated financial statements, and tax audits in collaboration with external tax and audit professionals. To succeed, you should have a university degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, along with significant leadership experience, ideally within financial services, plus demonstrated experience building and improving reporting and controlling processes. Strong stakeholder management, organizational and negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and an entrepreneurial, strategic, hands-on approach with attention to detail are expected.
