Our client is looking for a CFO and Company Secretary to join their team, reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board. The CFO will be responsible for supporting a major government contract rebid, improving financial modeling and decision-making, and advising on partnerships and future opportunities. This role will oversee a finance function spread across Australia and 22 countries, covering financial strategy, budgeting, audit, risk, compliance, and Company Secretary duties.The ideal candidate will be an experienced CFO with strong executive leadership skills and the ability to lead a dispersed finance team. They should have a commercial mindset and be able to provide strategic financial guidance to the organization.
