Woodtone is seeking a qualified CFO to lead the Finance and Technology teams and be an integral member of the executive leadership as the company looks to grow and expand in the coming years. Reporting to and being a trusted advisor to the President & CEO, the CFO will be responsible for directing financial reporting, business planning, forecasting activities, and providing ongoing financial analysis and budgeting support to the executive team. The CFO will also oversee information technology, cyber security, risk assessment and mitigation, and provide operational support on strategic and tactical matters related to capital management, cost benefit analysis, product costing, profitability, and potential acquisitions.The ideal candidate will be a solid contributor at the executive level, with experience in financial leadership roles and a strong understanding of business operations. They will have a proven track record of success in financial reporting, business planning, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as experience in leading information technology and cyber security initiatives. The CFO will play a key role in driving the company's growth and expansion plans, providing strategic guidance on capital management, cost benefit analysis, and potential acquisitions. They will be a key member of the executive team, working closely with the President & CEO to support the company's overall financial and operational goals.
