The client is seeking a strategic CFO to serve as the CEO’s right hand and to help maximize the value of its businesses. In this role, you will lead the group’s financial and economic management, driving rigorous oversight across multiple companies within the group and acting as the primary point of contact with financial institutions, investors, and public entities. The position focuses on professionalizing a family-run industrial business by bringing strategic vision, analytical capability, and leadership to support growth.
Your responsibilities will include leading financial, budgetary, and strategic planning for the group; ensuring achievement of EBITDA, profitability, and cash generation targets; and analyzing and optimizing the profit-and-loss accounts of the group and its business units. You will identify opportunities to improve margins, productivity, and operational efficiency, while preparing and supervising budgets, forecasts, and business plans. You will also develop decision-oriented financial reporting systems, implement management control practices based on key financial and economic indicators, and propose corrective action plans when actual results deviate from budget.
You will professionalize and standardize financial and administrative processes by implementing methodologies, procedures, internal controls, and promoting digitalization and automation of financial tasks to improve efficiency and reliability of financial information. The role also includes treasury and financing management, optimizing cash flow and working capital, supporting financing strategy and negotiations with financial entities, and maintaining strong relationships with relevant institutions and advisors. Additionally, you will manage financial communication with current and potential shareholders, support governance needs for boards and direction committees, coordinate corporate and tax-compliance activities including closures and audits, oversee coordination with external tax/legal advisors, help identify and manage public grants and incentives, and lead and develop the finance, administrative, and controlling teams with a culture of responsibility and performance orientation.
