The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the City, including procurement, treasury, taxation, revenue, budgets, financial planning, payroll, and accounting functions. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the CFO will provide executive leadership and strategic direction in these areas.As a key member of the City Leadership Team, the CFO will serve as a strategic advisor to the CAO, Mayor, and Council on financial policies, budget strategies, long-term fiscal planning, capital reserve strategy, revenue generation, and risk management. The CFO will also be tasked with promoting transparency, accountability, collaboration, and service excellence across the organization, ensuring that financial operations are aligned with the City's overall goals and objectives.
