ABC Recycling is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strong financial leadership in support of the organization's long-term objectives. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise reporting. The CFO will also serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing clear and actionable insight to inform decision-making and support sustainable value creation.The incoming CFO will lead a significant systems modernization effort, including the evaluation and implementation of a new ERP platform, to enhance financial visibility and support operational decision-making as the organization continues to grow. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-location, asset-intensive organizations and will support disciplined growth, operational excellence, and sound risk management. This role is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and will play a crucial role in driving the organization's financial strategy and long-term success.
