Twin Lakes Community is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Chief Financial Officer to oversee the financial operations of their Continuing Care Retirement Community in North Carolina. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring long-term financial strength, strategic planning, and stewardship within a well-governed organization with a strong financial rating and national recognition for quality and performance. Reporting to the President/CEO and working closely with the Board of Directors, the CFO will play a key role in shaping the organization's strategic direction and must possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.The ideal candidate for this role will be a sharp and thoughtful leader with a willingness to learn, challenge assumptions constructively, and engage in respectful dialogue at all levels of the organization.
